Sarah Armstrong: Good Divorce & Really Centering The Kids

Sarah is a Google VP of Global Marketing, mom to a college-aged daughter, a southerner turned San Franciscan, and a divorced person. She wrote the book "The Mom's Guide to Good Divorce" in 2016 to help share the lessons she learned in her own co-parenting and divorce journey. She has a beautiful boundary of not discussing the "why" of her divorce and also shares openly lots of her experiences in parenting, co-parenting, healing, growing, and handling the opinions of others.

Listen in for the wisdom of a mom who has brought her child to healthy young adulthood and has maintained and increased her own health, joy, and positive relationships with her child and others.
